The system is interactive, allowing you to add pressure and usage information as well as cylinder location within your facility so that all pertinent cylinder and product information can be maintained in one convenient and easily accessible file.
eScott will also maintain a custom FOLIO of products from which you can automatically reorder without having to generate costly and time consuming purchasing documents. Electronic invoicing further reduces paperwork. A downloadable Certificate of Analysis as well as MSDS documentation is stored online for each product you order - so you needn't maintain labor intensive filing systems at your facility. Moreover, eScott will notify you automatically when the certification for any product in your inventory reaches its shelf life expiration date. That's an important failsafe that protects you from inadvertently using expired gases that might compromise your process.
