The Model 10 pressure regulator is designed to deliver low vapor pressure gases
from liquid sources such as WF6 (boiling point of 17ºC) at a low pressure of
2 psig. It is capable of controlling a pressure adjustable from 2 psig down to a
vacuum equivalent of 100 mm Hg absolute at a flow up to 5 slm.

The Model 17 single-stage regulator has a tied-diaphragm and is designed to
resist attack from strong acid forming gases. It facilitates the safe handling of corrosive,
toxic and reactive gases that have a pressure of 3,000 psig or less.

Diaphragm and poppet are mechanically linked to provide a positive shutoff
should the normal regulator fail because of sucked back material or corrosion
products. |

that is easily purged and installed. |
