• Offer advice on TGO needs and PFC control, recycling, and monitoring

Safety Improvement

• Provide ERT support 24 hours per day/7days per week in coordination with customer team, including employee training and certification as needed

Inventory Control

• Maintain a constant level of on-site inventory based on regular inspections and automatic reordering to prearranged stocking levels

• Store, monitor, and maintain the largest portion of a customer's inventory at Scott's facility, reducing real estate requirements, TGO concerns, and safety liability at the customer's site

On-Site Gas Management Team

• Perform incoming inspections, change cylinders within the cabinets as needed, purge lines according to customer procedures, and provide recommendations on procedure optimization based on Scott's experience

• Monitor all cabinets, regulators, and gauges for cylinder gases

• Provide customer defined interface (including computer-based systems) with existing fab functions, including manufacturing, facilities, engineering, purchasing, and QA

Additional Services

• Provide continuous support to customer team with ERT dedicated truck and cylinder containment device for cylinder removal and off-site treatment

• Provide recommendations on gas type, usage and grades in collaboration with fab R & D
• Recommend type and specific configuration of gas distribution hardware
• Provide reports on current cost and capital replacement plan for gas handling equipment
• Recommend systems for management of gas emission, including minimization monitoring, and recycling
